| LABEL APPLICATION SERVICE | We are your one stop label company that can print AND apply labels for you! You may also choose to send us YOUR OWN printed labels and we can apply them on your purchase of stock bags. When sending labels, please make sure your labels follow our label specifications. To be sure your labels work with our machines, we highly suggest sending us a sample roll we can test before sending all the labels. Also provide a sample or a diagram of the finished product with the exact label location (for each side, if applicable). Label location must be at least 3/4" from the bottom of the bag. All label application jobs are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Label Requirements
- Inside core diameter must be 3" standard
- Overall diameter of the label roll must not exceed 12"
- Label width must be at least 2 inches minimum
- Label height must be at least 3/4 inches minimum
- Label height must not exceed 6 inches maximum
- Web width must be between 2 inches - 6-1/2 inches
- There must be at least a 1/16 inch gap from label to label
- There must be at least a 1/16 inch gap on both sides of the label
- There CANNOT be any perforation on the liner
- Labels must be in COPY POSITION 2 (shown below)
- Labels must be at least 50 lb face stock with a 40 lb liner
- Labels must be aligned, undamaged and tightly wound on its core
- Only ONE label design (or side) per roll
- Labels for front and back must come in TWO separate rolls
- Clear labels will NOT be accepted
Note: For all label application, please allow a movement tolerance of plus/minus 0.0625 in.
