| Material: |
We use laminated high barrier (oxygen and moisture) film (nylon, foil, PET, OPP, CPP, LLDPE, metalized film and kraft paper) for shelf life protection.

| Material Thickness: |
Depending on the intended use and image desired for the pouch, standard pouches are typically 3-4 mil and up to 6 mil thick. Flat pouches are normally 2-5 mil thick, while Kraft Paper pouches, measured in GSM thickness, are typically 100, 120, 150 GSM up to 170 GSM.

| Options: |
Standard options for your pouch are:
• Zip closure - resealable feature adds value to your pouch and extends product freshness
• Tear notch - added for easy opening
• Hang hole - added for hanging purposes
• Valves - inserted for degassing; allowing air to escape from a pouch containing coffee beans
• Tin Tie - added onto the pouches for optional sealing purpose
• Window - can be customized in any shape or form giving a sneak peek of your product
• Surface Printing - finish can be matte, glossy or a combination of both

| Gusset: |
The intended use of the pouches determines which gusset is needed for your products.
Two options:
• Side Gusset - normally used for coffee bags
• Bottom Gusset - used for stand up pouches

| Print Color: |
We offer 4-color process and a combination of 4-color process plus multiple spot colors. All artwork must be submitted for quotation. The number of colors will be determinded by us, based on the actual artwork.

| Minimum: |
MOQ (minimum order quantity) is 5,000 bags for Laminated POLY material & 10,000 for Laminated FOIL material. Please note that MOQ varies by STYLE and SIZE. If you are a start up company and cannot afford to order at minimum quantity, an alternative is to purchase any of our stock pouches and order custom printed labels of any size, color, with your design. |
| Production & Transit Lead Time: |
Most custom bags are made overseas, with an average of 2-5 weeks production + transit time of 3-5 weeks, generally around 10-12 weeks lead time including custom clearing.

| Pre-Production Proof: |
Because the cost of production is very expensive, pre-production samples are only available for 100,000 order quantity and the cost start from $500 and up. Engraving plates must be pre-paid. |
